While the construction of these pillow cases are pretty good, they are NOT black and white. They are very dark cream and black. It also feels more like a polyester blend with a large weave so it's not a smooth linen looking pillow at all. It looks nice but unfortunately I might have to buy different ones since, even though these cases are well made, they are not at all what I thought they were and the pictures are very deceiving.

I am really enjoying my Vornado fan! I bought it for a small space and its footprint is relatively small and works perfectly. The wind velocity is wonderful and yet it is very quiet. Would definitely recommend this fan!

I have the small size without a pedestal and the larger size without a pedastsl and they are both terrific. This is the most recent purchase and its sooo lovely but its already doing that weird loud noise that I personally don't know to fix. I live in a house that has a metal hip roof and no vents. The trapped heat in the ceiling and room below is intense. Facing ripping off the metal and starting over with proper vents and another type of roof is cost prohibitive. Amazing stand fan. Got this fan two months ago for a small bedroom in a new apartment that doesn't have space for a ceiling fan due to duct work. This is an amazing fan. the style is almost exactly the same as the original Vornado fans from the 1940's. I actually bought this one to replace my 70 year old floor model and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. This is a three speed fan. First speed is very soft and almost silent whereas third speed moves quite a lot of air and the fan is a bit loud. I think 2nd is the sweet spot. This fan will actually enhance the looks of any room it's put in. I got the beige standing model and I couldn't be happier with it. It's in my living room and it looks and works great. Going for a mid-century modern look in my office (and needing a way to generate some air movement), this fan couldn't be more perfect. Despite not oscillating like a typical pedestal fan, it creates breezes in all corners of the room, and it looks incredible. Not cheap, but proof that you get what you pay for. Almost everything is made of painted metal- solid, and with a nice finish. It was assembled in less than five minutes, and adjusts easily. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Best fan I had ever bought. The price may look be a bit off-putting to some. But I think its well worth the money. The quality of the material is great. I was very impressed. Placed the fan on our enclosed back porch. It can get really stuffy back there but this fan does an amazing job circulating the air. It definitely feels cooler and we can enjoy our back porch more.
