This fan is small, quiet and aim-able. On the lower of the two speeds, you can barely hear it. That makes it perfect for sleeping. It also swivels up and down and side to side, so I can aim it right at my face and not bother husband or cats. Its just the right amount of soothing air and a whisper of white noise.....perfect!!!
